By using this Site and any services Omega offers via this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by this policy in respect of the information collected about you via this Site. Additionally, we may collect payment details and or relevant health information including details of any disabilities or dietary requirements, so that we may process your reservation. Finally, Omega may collect information about your holidays and the type of break you wish to purchase.

Primarily, we require this information to understand your needs and provide you with the service that you have requested.

Your information will also enable us to provide you with access to all parts of this Site and to supply the services and features that you have requested. Omega may aggregate the information to identify patterns which we can use in our marketing and to help us develop, administer, support and improve our services and features.

If necessary such data transfers maybe to outside the European Union, where it is possible that data protection controls are not as stringent as in the UK.

Omega is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of any other websites, even if you access those using links from this Site or if you can access this Site or use our services from them.
