'I, my husband and two friends went to your Park Inn Hotel for our Christmas holiday.
I am writing to say how much we all enjoyed every part of our stay. The hotel staff,
the host and hostess Jeanie and Ken, also our driver Barry made our holiday in York
very enjoyable indeed. Looking forward to many more Omega Holidays!'
In Search of the Northern Lights
'I want to say big thank you to your staff and to say how positive an experience
the evening was for me. Due to sudden ill health and hospitalisation the original
trip for 13 November was missed. However, my support workers contacted Omega Holidays
and was able to smoothly rearrange for 16 February from East Midlands or a refund
if continued ill health.'
'On the day, I was nervous despite my support worker being with me but the astronomers
and the people associated with Auroraflight were fantastic! Why? I'm deaf, relying
on BSL to communicate but they made the trip as accessible as possible for me as
the plane is in darkness, but much more than this for making me feel included and
for helping Siobhan, my support worker and being pro-active in this. I was so amazed
and moved by the sights, it was a fantastic experience and a dream come true but
the people/astronomers helped acheive that and I will recommend this trip to all
including Deaf people. I would ask you to pass on my sincere and humble thanks to
Nigel Bradbury and Peter Truman.'

Mrs D Nunn, Sheffield'What a superb weekend we all had. The coach journey and driver was good and the hotel was wonderful, we stayed in the Ramada Jarvis hotel, the meals and rooms you could not fault at all and the staff was nice.This is the third year running we have been with you and can not fault you at all. Could you you give me a rough idea as to when your brochure for 2011 theatre breaks comes out and when you will be taking bookings, as we will be going again next year. Once again thank you for a wonderful weekend.'
